Infant/Wobbler Teacher | Consistent Schedule Free Organic Meals
Pay: $15.00–$17.25 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM or 9:00-6:00 PM

We are looking for a kind, dependable, and energetic Wobbler Teacher Assistant to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who loves working with young children, enjoys being part of a supportive team, and wants a consistent schedule each week.
You will work alongside our lead teachers to help create a calm, safe, loving, and engaging classroom where toddlers can learn, explore, build independence, and feel cared for each day.

What You’ll Do
- Support toddlers/wobblers with daily routines, meals, diapering/potty training, rest time, and play.
- Help create a calm, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Assist with hands-on learning activities.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
- Help keep the classroom clean, organized, and safe.
- Use patience, positive guidance, and teamwork throughout the day.
Who We’re Looking For
We would love to meet someone who is patient, nurturing, dependable, enthusiastic, and enjoys working with young children. Experience in childcare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or another caregiving role is preferred, but we are also open to the right person who is willing to learn and grow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Pediatric CPR and First Aid preferred, or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Background Check required through Health & Welfare
- Must be willing to follow child safety, licensing, and mandated reporting requirements
