What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, ERP Program Management to lead a global SAP S/4HANA Brownfield implementation and application development initiative. This strategic role oversees the full project lifecycle—from planning and requirements through execution and long-term sustainment—driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering measurable business impact.
As a key leader, you will:
- Manage end-to-end program delivery, including execution, risk management, and issue resolution
- Foster a high-performance culture across internal teams and external partners
- Define success metrics and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Communicate progress and insights to executive stakeholders
- Champion innovative, value-driven solutions

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Project Management certification (preferred)
- SAP training/certification in at least one functional area (e.g., Order to Cash, Procurement, Finance)
- SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Solution Manager certifications (preferred)
- 10 years of experience across SAP ERP modules and versions
- 5 years of SAP program/project management, including 2–3 full lifecycle implementations
- Experience leading global SAP rollouts using a Global Template approach
- Strong proficiency in SAP Activate Methodology and Agile/Scrum principles
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager for documentation and best practices
- Willingness to travel as needed
