What You'll Do:
- Identify candidates for roles in the information technology fields (IT knowledge not necessary)
- Contact prospective job candidates via the phone, LinkedIn, and email
- Build and maintain relationships through phone calls, meetings, lunches, and/or out-of-office events
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proactively identify and provide sales leads
- Maintain an intense focus on customer service
