Responsibilities
The candidate will provide administrative support to all departments of the company, to include scheduling, meeting coordination, event planning, and a variety of duties as assigned. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Responsible for fostering good relations in all encounters between customers, employees and management.
- Maintain profound professional skills and ensures strict confidentiality.
- Composes, types, and transcribes correspondence, forms, reports, minutes, presentation materials and other written communications, if needed.
- Manages preparations for senior management and department director meetings.
- Plans and completes special projects and assignments, organizes Board and Leadership group social events, retreats, as well as other requested activities.
- Order office supplies as needed for the corporate building and handle special supply requests.
- Prepares materials, agendas, minutes, etc., for meetings and events as assigned.
- Plans/coordinates special functions as requested.
- Assists with coordination of offsite meetings, including scheduling/setting up rooms/venues, ordering food, purchasing prizes, and final slide deck revisions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Selected candidate must possess:
- Twenty years of administrative experience required.
- Must be efficient in supporting a government contracting environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TEAMS.
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Verbal and written ability to give information and present ideas essential in administrative management, if requested.
- Ability to problem-solve effectively and handle stress in a positive manner.
- Maintain harmonious relationships with all levels of employees and customers.
