Aviation & Missile Solutions (AMS) is currently seeking a Junior Program Integrator/Scheduler to join our Huntsville, AL. team.
The IF Junior Program Integrator/Scheduler will support the Integrated Fires Directorate Office, responsible for coordinating Air and Missile Defense Command and Control System (AMD C2) integration requirements for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case actions. The position emphasizes program scheduling, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination using established project management and scheduling tools. This position is located at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.

The IF Junior Program Integrator/Scheduler will support the Integrated Fires Directorate Office, responsible for coordinating Air and Missile Defense Command and Control System (AMD C2) integration requirements for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case actions. The position emphasizes program scheduling, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination using established project management and scheduling tools. This position is located at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.
The Day-to-day Work Will Include
- Program Scheduling and Coordination: Develop, maintain, and track integrated program schedules across multiple FMS cases and technical initiatives. Coordinate schedule inputs from contracts, budget, acquisition, logistics, and systems engineering teams to ensure alignment of cost, schedule, and performance objectives. Utilize approved scheduling and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or other PMO-designated systems) to monitor progress, highlight variances, and support leadership decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Support Integrated Fires Directorate leadership in coordinating all business, financial, contractual, logistics, and technical management activities related to AMD C2 integration. Facilitate communication between PMO functional leads and industry OEM partners to ensure GFE component delivery schedules and dependencies are met.
- Meeting and Event Scheduling: Assist in the planning, coordination, and management of schedules for Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), technical reviews, and working groups. Develop and distribute meeting agendas and briefing materials to ensure follow-through and accountability on all tasks. Support internal/external coordination and strategic communications with FMS and Domestic partners and internal PMO functional leads/teams.
- Status Tracking and Reporting: Maintain and update internal project tracking tools and dashboards. Support development of weekly Situation Reports, Command and Staff updates, and responses to internal/external taskers-ensuring that schedule status, milestones, and risks are clearly communicated.
- Document and Data Management: Support the organization and maintenance of program documentation, including scheduling baselines, meeting records, and decision logs, to preserve institutional knowledge and provide traceability for future reference.
- Disclosure and Security Coordination: Assist in coordinating domestic and foreign disclosure requests and ensure that deliverables and presentations comply with PMO information security marking requirements. Assist in the assessment of long-range factors in their potential to affect programmatic or technical progress of the project
- Risk and Performance Assessment: Participate in schedule and risk reviews with leadership and key stakeholders. Identify and assess schedule-driven risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support the evaluation of program progress against established milestones.
At a minimum the candidate must have:
- The ability to acquire an active SECRET security clearance and the ability to maintain.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or significant applicable experience.
- 0 to 3 years of applicable experience associated with business, financial, contract, logistics and technical management activities.
- A basic understanding of and experience with Army Integrated Air Missile Defense (AIAMD) systems.
- Good communications skills, people skills, and enthusiasm are essential, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a team environment.
- The ability to research data, analyze information, synthesize options, and make sound recommendations to staff contractors and government officials.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to travel when required.
- Previous experience with the Army Air and Missile Defense Command and Control systems such as Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS), Patriot, FAAD C2, and ADAM
- Previous experience with integration of Command and Control Systems in a System of Systems architecture
