As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Aviation ABA in Layton, you will:
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and ongoing progress reports
- Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Manage a caseload while delivering hands-on, high-quality clinical services
- Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and BTs
- Lead parent training and caregiver education using evidence-based practices
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and data-driven program evaluations
- Ensure compliance with Utah regulations, ethical standards, and company policies
- Complete treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and clinical quality checks
- Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Utah LBA (or eligibility to obtain)
- Education: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
- Preferred: Safety-Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience: Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Flexibility: Willingness to provide occasional in-home support as needed
- Transportation: Reliable vehicle for local travel within the Layton/Davis County area
