As the Board Certified Behavioral Analyst at Aviation ABA, you will:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop, refine, and standardize clinical policies, procedures, and protocols across the state.
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and generate progress reports
- Design and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans.
- Maintain a caseload, ensuring high-quality, hands-on clinical care.
- Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs/BTs.
- Deliver parent training and caregiver guidance using evidence-based strategies.
- Perform functional behavior assessments and data-driven program evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, ethical standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct regular documentation audits, treatment plan reviews, and quality checks.
- Support clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing coordination, and clinical troubleshooting.
- Certification: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and UT LBA (or eligibility).
- Education: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- Certifications: (Preferred) Safety Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience: Previous leadership or supervisory experience in ABA is preferred.
- Flexibility: Willingness to provide in-home support when needed.
