Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)® are responsible for the development and oversight of clients’ behavioral programming and implementation.

Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree
- BCBA® certification
- Licensed Behavior Analyst in Utah
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to respond to challenging behavior, including aggression, after training
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Requirements
- Two years of experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism
- Experience conducting skill-based assessments
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and related behavior plans
- Experience training and supervising behavior technicians
Responsibilities
- Conduct skill-based assessments
- Conduct functional assessments
- Develop treatment plans according to funder specifications
- Develop individualized skill-based curriculum
- Develop functional behavior plans
- Train staff to conduct skill acquisition protocols with high fidelity
- Provide consistent oversight and feedback to behavior technicians
- Complete caregiver coaching
- Write monthly progress reports
- Complete reassessment and treatment plans in a timely manner
Wage
- Annual salary of $85,000
- Monthly bonus package
