Summary:
Provide check-in, check-out, and reservation service to all guests and callers.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide check-in, check-out, and reservation service to all guests and callers.
- Answer all telephones at Front Desk and route calls and/or provide assistance and information to all callers.
- Process cash and credit card transactions.
- Promote the hotel/casino and all of its services and facilities.
- Check Bus Groups in and make keys as needed
- Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
- Performs other duties as assigned
