Summary:
Responsible for cleaning assigned guest rooms. Standard expectation is to clean a minimum of 16 rooms daily.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Remove trash and soiled linens.
- Make beds.
- Dust and clean all furnishing.
- Clean windows and sills
- Clean and dust closet area.
- Clean ice bucket and water glasses.
- Replenish all bathroom amenities.
- Clean tubs and shower walls.
- Clean vanity.
- Clean mirrors, walls, vents and pictures.
- Clean toilet and surrounding areas
- Clean tile floor and baseboards
- Clean bar area
- Vacuum room and carpet edging
- Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
- Performs other duties as assigned
