What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Check guests in and out and assign rooms.
- Answer phones, route calls, and accurately take guest messages.
- Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle guest information and records with confidentiality and integrity.
- Maintain accurate cash and transaction records.
- Complete required front desk paperwork, logs, and reports.
- Perform property walks and help maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and common areas.
- Assist with breakfast service and keep the area clean and stocked, as needed.
- Provide wake-up calls and assist guests with special requests.
- Communicate important guest and property information to the team through the pass-on log.
- Support hotel sales and marketing efforts as directed by the General Manager.
- Assist with laundry and other hotel operations as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.
- A friendly, positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain professional and calm when handling guest concerns.
- Ability to handle confidential guest information with integrity.
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
- Reliable and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
No hotel experience? No problem! We value a great attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for providing excellent service.
