Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role within the United States.
- Strong knowledge of US federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Recruiting experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with ADP, Success factors and Microsoft
- Professional HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent.
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment or with a multi-state workforce.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and benefits administration platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead HR projects or initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and compliance with employment laws.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and resolve workplace conflicts in a timely and confidential manner.
- Support performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports related to HR metrics and compliance.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational capabilities.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely compensation administration.
- Stay current with changes in employment legislation and recommend updates to company policies accordingly.
