Job: Front Office Receptionist (Part Time- Up to 30 Hours)
Location: Board of Education- Central Office
Reports To: Superintendent

Duties:
- Operates front office main phone system
Answers phone and directs call to appropriate people
- Conveys messages to appropriate parties
- Greets visitors and directs them appropriately
- Maintain general office correspondence
- Prepare mail and packages
- Distribute mail
- Keep front office presentable
- Be respectful of everyone who enters building and direct to appropriate department
