Looking for a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. Responsibilities include customizing workflows, building integrations with third-party software, and performing technical tasks like scripting and module implementation. Thia role requires strong problem-solving, analysis, and communication skills, along with expertise in web development technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and development: Analyze business requirements and design, develop, and implement technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Configuration and customization: Configure and customize workflows, screen tailoring, and reports, and develop custom scripting.
• Integration: Create integrations with third-party systems using technologies like SOAP, REST, and Integration Hub.
• Maintenance and support: Deploy update sets, manage testing and production environments, perform upgrades, and provide ongoing production support.
• Scripting: Write client-side and server-side scripts for business rules, client scripts, script includes, and UI policies to automate processes and maintain data integrity.
• Module expertise: Implement and support various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), CMDB, and Service Catalog.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on experience with core ServiceNow features like Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
• Proficiency in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP), and low-code tools like Flow Designer.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate with various teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred.
