PAY RANGE: 160-180K base plus bonus and benefits



Our aerospace automation and robotics client is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to serve as the technical lead during the business development and sales process for advanced robotics, automation, and aerospace tooling solutions. This individual will bridge engineering and commercial teams, translating customer production requirements into technically sound, executable solutions that support aircraft manufacturing environments

The Senior Sales Engineer partners closely with sales, engineering, program management, and customers to develop system concepts, define solution architectures, support proposals, and ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal execution capabilitie

KEY RESPONSIBILITI

ES Technical Solution Developm

  • entLead development of technical solutions for robotics, automation, and aerospace tooling opportunities from initial customer engagement through proposal submissi

  • ns.Define solution scope across mechanical systems, robotics, controls, vision systems, tooling, and factory integrati
  • on.Evaluate technical feasibility, risks, assumptions, and execution considerations to develop competitive and executable solutio
  • ns.Develop conceptual layouts, technical descriptions, trade studies, and supporting documentati

on.Proposal Development & Capture Supp

  • ortOwn the technical content of proposals, including scope definition, system architecture, compliance requirements, assumptions, and risk assessmen
  • ts.Partner with engineering, program management, and commercial teams to develop cost estimates, schedules, resource plans, and pricing inpu

  • ems.Experience in technical sales, applications engineering, systems engineering, program engineering, or solution development ro
