Job Title: Rebate Analyst
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: Contract through January 2027
Pay: $40-46.75/hr.

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Rebate Analyst to support the administration, tracking, and reporting of customer rebate programs. This role will partner cross-functionally with finance and business teams to ensure rebate agreements are processed accurately, compliance requirements are met, and reporting is completed in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, track, calculate, and process rebate agreements accurately and efficiently
- Monitor rebate compliance requirements, terms, and deadlines
- Generate and review reports related to rebate accruals, claims, and payouts
- Analyze rebate trends and investigate discrepancies or process inefficiencies
- Support month-end close activities and financial reporting processes
- Develop and maintain process documentation for rebate-related workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data and process alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, or related analytical roles
- Strong analytical, financial, and technical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
