Maintenance Manager – Manufacturing
Location: Elkhart, IN
A growing manufacturing company is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead a small maintenance team and support a fast-paced, multi-shift operation.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians
- Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance
- Troubleshoot CNC and manufacturing equipment
- Improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
- Manage outside maintenance vendors and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Work alongside the team and lead by example
What We're Looking For
- Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Organized and dependable
- Hands-on, working-manager mentality
- Servant-leader approach
- Comfortable working with both older and newer manufacturing equipment
- Must be a U.S. citizen
