We are seeking an organized and dependable Central Supply Clerk to manage and maintain our facility’s medical and non-medical supply inventory. This is a vital role in ensuring our residents and staff always have the resources they need for exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

• Order, receive, and distribute medical and general supplies throughout the facility
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and records
• Ensure all supply areas are clean, organized, and compliant with infection control standards
• Work closely with nursing, housekeeping, and maintenance departments to meet supply needs
• Track usage trends and assist with cost-control initiatives
• Communicate with vendors and assist with purchase orders and invoices
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in central supply, purchasing, or inventory management (healthcare setting preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory systems)
