Key Responsibilities
- Courtroom Advocacy: Regularly appear in court representing clients in bench trials, eviction proceedings, motions, and rule to show cause hearings.
- Case Management: Oversee a dynamic docket of civil litigation files from initial client intake and pleading preparation through judgment enforcement.
- Client Counseling: Advise property managers, real estate investors, and corporate landlords on statutory compliance, lease agreements, and risk mitigation.
- Legal Drafting: Draft pleadings, summary ejectment complaints, discovery requests, emergency motions, and settlement agreements.

- Experience: 1 years of courtroom experience handling civil litigation, general practice, or contested hearings.
