- Frequently represent commercial landlords and real estate investors in bench trials, eviction proceedings, and show cause hearings.
- Manage a dynamic civil litigation docket from initial client intake through judgment enforcement.
- Draft summary ejectment complaints, pleadings, discovery requests, emergency motions, and settlement agreements.
- Counsel property management clients on statutory compliance, lease enforcement, and litigation risk mitigation.
- Conduct pre-trial negotiations with opposing counsel and tenants to secure favorable lease workouts.
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
