Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Sales & Customer Support Specialist to manage sales across multiple online platforms, including TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Walmart Marketplace. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, monitoring orders, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth buying experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily sales activity across e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopify, Walmart, etc.)
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and platform messaging systems
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and order updates to customers
- Track and follow up on orders, including shipping status and delivery confirmations
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Coordinate with fulfillment and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing
- Handle disputes, claims, and escalations professionally and efficiently
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and positive feedback ratings
- Update product listings, descriptions, and inventory when needed
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and customer experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in e-commerce, online sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Walmart Marketplace is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple platforms simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Basic understanding of order management systems and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Compensation
