Customer Support Representative

We are hiring for our brand-new, full-time Customer Support Representative role. Candidate will have the opportunity to dive into this challenge and learn the ropes of our new online customer portal. This role supports our sales team by entering online orders in a timely manner, updating our customer database, handling e-commerce inquiries, and monitoring open orders.

Responsibilities:

· Prioritize workflow given by the Sales Team

· Identify parts and how to find/source them

· Enter quote details including vendor info in Quantum

· Ongoing maintenance of company database with client’s current information

· Assist Account Team with order entry and open order management

· Provide backup resource when Account Team member is out of the office

· Key sales orders for contract accounts into Quantum

Expected Results (Output):

· Ensure quotes are handled quickly

· Ensure that clients orders arrive on time

· Effectively manage time across several tasks

· Customer service focused and oriented

· Good and understanding clients’ needs and requirements

· Good at working under pressure/deadlines/AOG situations

· Detailed understanding at how company system’s work

· Pro-active

· Good at multi-tasking

· Excellent communication skills

· Pleasant and friendly on the phone and emails

· Excel intermediate level.

Requirements:

· Minimum of a high school diploma

· Self-motivated and enjoys an office environment
