JOB SUMMARY:
The Greenspire Leasing and Resident Services Consultant is responsible for achieving occupancy and
retention goals through various leasing activities while also ensuring positive resident relationships.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The work environment described here represents what the employee encounters while performing the
essential functions of this job. The employee regularly works in a well-lighted, temperature controlled,
and smoke-free environment. The noise level is moderate and there is minimal risk of exposure to
harmful substances. This job is performed with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a
computer. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds and walk around property (including up and down stairs) for tours.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
- Manage the leasing process by following up on current prospects and process applications accurately for move ins
- Create and maintain ongoing superior customer service relationships with potential and current residents
- Maintain accurate/organized records and resident files
- Handle incoming phone calls from prospective new residents and current residents
- Increase resident retention by assisting in outreach efforts and assisting in planning resident activities
- Contact residents regarding renewal and assist in obtaining lease signatures
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year customer service experience preferred
- A great attitude, focused on creating an excellent residential experience
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents and vendors
- Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed
- Basic understanding and ability to use Microsoft office products
