Job Description
My client is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist / Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide technical support for an ERP Oracle PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) application and its supporting infrastructure. The consultant will be responsible for implementing integrations, developing new features and functionality, applying system patches, and ensuring system performance, stability, and security. The ideal candidate will align business requirements with Oracle support releases and technical updates while maintaining compatibility with vendor-supported technologies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, mentoring, and expertise for Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM upgrades and enhancements.
• Collaborate with implementation partners and validate the quality and correctness of deliverables.
• Analyze the current PeopleSoft environment and identify upgrade challenges and solutions.
• Support feature analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to internal staff.
• Provide post-migration support, troubleshooting, and system stabilization.
• Assist with application upgrades, production support, data cleanup, and incident resolution.
• Develop technical documentation and promote best practices across the team.
