Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, mentoring, and expertise for Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM upgrades and enhancements.
- Collaborate with implementation partners and validate the quality and correctness of deliverables.
- Analyze the current PeopleSoft environment and identify upgrade challenges and solutions.
- Support feature analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to internal staff.
- Provide post-migration support, troubleshooting, and system stabilization.
- Assist with application upgrades, production support, data cleanup, and incident resolution.
- Develop technical documentation and promote best practices across the team.
- Must have a minimum of ten years of experience as an Oracle PeopleSoft developer and provide legacy support.
- Must have demonstrated experience with Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM on premises upgrades.
- Must have ten years working with Oracle databases, specifically integrating with FSCM.
