Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist – Part Time / Contract
Location: East Orange, NJ
Schedule: Flexible Part-Time Hours | Primarily After School, Evenings, and Some Saturdays
Position Type: Part Time / Contract (1099)
Compensation: $70–$100 per hour (based on experience and credentialing)
About Ava’s Hub:
We are building a collaborative pediatric practice where communication, connection, and meaningful participation come first.
Responsibilities:
- Complete evaluations and treatment planning
- Provide pediatric speech therapy services
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
- Complete documentation and progress reporting
- Support group programs and family-centered services
Requirements:
- Active NJ SLP License required
- CCC-SLP preferred (CF candidates may apply)
- Evening availability strongly preferred as the majority of clients are scheduled during after-school hours (approximately 3:00 PM–8:00 PM)
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Credentialed providers preferred but not required
- Experience with autism, language disorders, AAC, and social communication preferred
- Strong communication skills required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
