What you'll do:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) delivers direct care to residents and patients (in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and life care standards in the health and rehabilitation center).

  • Assist residents with activities in their daily lives - bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, feeding, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with nurses and other caregivers to ensure personalized care.
  • Observe and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition.
  • Help create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where residents feel valued and respected.
  • Build trusting relationships with the residents and their families.
  • Treat every resident as you would your own loved one.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active CNA certification.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Reliability - report to work on time when scheduled.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing the highest standard of resident care.
  • A caring, patient, and compassionate heart.

Salary : $43,000 - $54,450
