We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a trusted rehabilitation and nursing facility committed to delivering patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic resident care under the direction of nursing staff
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support
- Change linens and maintain clean, safe resident environments
- Support residents’ personal needs with compassion and respect
- Assist in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and supportive care environment
- Communicate resident needs and changes in condition to nursing staff
- Follow care plans and facility policies to ensure quality care delivery
Qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved CNA program
- Current CNA certification required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English to ensure patient safety
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
