Staring Pay Rate: $17.75
Hours: Monday - Friday at 6 AM
What You’ll Do
- Install windows and doors in newly constructed homes
- Work closely with your team to complete quality installations
- Communicate job site updates, issues, and improvements clearly
- Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA fall protection procedures
- Use tools like cordless drills, levels, and nail guns
- Climb ladders and work at heights as needed
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly
- Deliver professional service and help manage customer expectations

Preferred Qualifications
- Construction or homebuilding experience
- Window and door installation experience
- Valid driver’s license
