Join Our Growing Team at Avanti Windows & Doors!
We are currently seeking Window & Door Installers and Helpers to join our team installing high-quality products in newly constructed homes. Whether you’re experienced or eager to learn, we provide hands-on training from day one for the right candidates!
What You’ll Do
- Install windows and doors in new residential construction
- Communicate field issues and identify areas for improvement
- Support team members and collaborate effectively
- Follow all company safety guidelines and OSHA standards
- Arrive on time and ready to work each day
- Learn and apply installation methods through on-the-job training
What We’re Looking For
- Team players with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Basic tool experience (cordless drivers, nail guns, levels) preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders/heights
- Commitment to safety practices, including fall protection
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Construction or window installation experience is a plus (not required)
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver’s license (a plus)
- Clean driving record for those operating company vehicles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
