CDL Class A Drivers – OTR Team & Local TX | Weekly Pay Steady Miles

Pay & Schedule
- OTR Team Drivers: $36/hour
- Local TX Drivers: $32/hour
- Weekly pay consistent work
- Long hours available (10 hours/day)
Routes Available OTR Team (Texas ↔ Florida ↔ Ohio)
- Consistent, high-mileage runs
- Team driving required
- 75% travel
Local Texas Routes (Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Garland, Fort Worth)
- Local Texas Runs
- Secure and protect product on delivery truck and safely transport to destination
- Pick-up product from customer and other Avanti locations
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate and drive a Class A commercial vehicle
- Transport, load, and unload window and door products
- Secure cargo to prevent damage during transit
- Perform routine truck and trailer inspections
- Use ELD to log hours of service
- Pick up and deliver materials between job sites and facilities
- Maintain professionalism with customers and team members
What We’re Looking For
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Clean MVR (driving record)
- Ability to meet FMCSR 391.11 requirements
Experience with:
- 53’ Dry Van (required)
- Flatbed (preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Able to work long shifts and handle physical work
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to grow with a fast-growing company
