Automotive Experienced Retail Sales associate

Core Focus:
Your Role here at Avant Studio TX will be to manage a high volume of inbound leads and to Sell Jobs weekly while providing a white-glove customer experience.

• Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
• Present product offerings and demonstrate how they meet customer requirements.
• Achieve sales targets by utilizing your effective sales experience and understanding customer needs
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance overall performance.

Responsibilities
- Manage "Inbound" leads in the Sales pipeline in CRM, taking inbound phone calls, and data entry

- Rescheduling, Onboarding, Updating, & off-boarding clientele.
- Center of communication with fulfillment & customers
- Scheduling consultation appointments
- Sending Customers Updates
- Appointment Setting ( qualifying & nurturing )
- Scheduling Service appointments
- Providing clients in the lobby area with customer service guidance & comfort
- Taking customer payments ( Deposits, & full payments)
- Works with the Shop manager, ensuring we have the capacity to deliver services while scheduling new jobs
- Inspecting Customer Vehicles
- filling snack area in the customer waiting room & ensuring the environment stays clean

Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- 2 Years of Sales experience * Required*
