Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the Ultimate Fit Experience to every customer
• Build product knowledge across footwear and accessories
• Engage customers through genuine conversation and service
• Support store sales goals and team performance
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with inventory management and daily operational tasks
• Maintain store appearance and company standards
• Support additional store functions as directed by leadership
