Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business goals
- Stay engaged on the floor to understand operations and drive performance
- Coach managers on accountability, leadership, and employee relations
- Support recruiting efforts and build talent pipelines
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives
- Assist with payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws (CA, CO, etc.)
- Lead performance management cycles and development planning
- Identify talent gaps and support succession planning
- Use data (turnover, productivity, headcount) to inform decisions
Education & Experience
- 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing or operations-focused environments
- Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and employee relations
- Proven ability to influence leadership and operate as a business partner
- Experience balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on execution
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
