Investment Banking Analyst II (Healthcare & Technology)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models (DCF, LBO, comparable companies, precedent transactions)
• Conduct in-depth industry, market, and company-specific research (Tech & Healthcare focus)
• Support end-to-end M&A execution, including due diligence, data room management, and process coordination
• Prepare client materials including pitch books, CIMs, and management presentations
• Analyze financial statements and operating metrics to assess valuation and deal viability
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders throughout transactions
• Track deal pipeline, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met under tight deadlines

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or hedge fund environment
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (Excel proficiency required)
• Experience supporting M&A transactions (buy-side and/or sell-side)
• Familiarity with Technology and/or Healthcare sectors preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
