AI Solutions Consultant /Copilot Studio

Role : AI Solutions Consultant / AI Practitioner

We are seeking a highly hands-on AI Solutions Consultant / AI Practitioner who can be embedded within business teams to identify opportunities, design and develop AI-powered solutions, build prototypes, create intelligent agents, integrate with enterprise systems, and drive measurable business outcomes. 

This role is execution-focused and requires individuals who can translate business ideas into deployed AI solutions. While our organization already has leadership focused on AI strategy, governance, architecture, transformation, and portfolio management, we are specifically looking for practitioners who can work directly with stakeholders and deliver tangible results. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Partner closely with business teams to identify and prioritize AI use cases and automation opportunities. 

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft AI technologies. 

• Build and configure AI agents, copilots, and conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio. 

• Develop business applications and workflows using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). 

• Create proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and minimum viable products to validate business value. 

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, Microsoft 365 services, and third-party systems. 

• Implement automation solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and employee experience. 

• Support adoption by mentoring business users and enabling teams to effectively leverage AI capabilities. 

• Collaborate with architects and governance teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards. 

• Measure, track, and communicate business impact and outcomes from deployed AI solutions. 

• Provide hands-on troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement of implemented solutions. 

Required Skills & Experience 

• Proven experience designing and delivering AI-powered business solutions. 

• Strong hands-on experience with:  

• Microsoft Copilot Studio 

• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) 

• Microsoft 365 Copilot 

• Power Virtual Agents / AI Agents 

• Azure AI Services and Azure OpenAI (preferred) 

• Experience integrating business applications with enterprise systems through APIs, connectors, and automation frameworks. 

• Ability to rapidly create prototypes and transform concepts into production-ready solutions. 

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver measurable outcomes. 

• Strong problem-solving and solution delivery mindset. 

• Experience conducting user mentoring, training, and adoption activities. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience implementing enterprise AI solutions within Microsoft ecosystems. 

• Knowledge of RAG, generative AI, AI agents, workflow automation, and conversational AI. 

• Experience with SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Graph, and Azure services. 

• Familiarity with application lifecycle management, governance, and security best practices. 

• Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform, Azure AI, or Microsoft Copilot technologies are highly desirable. 

Salary : $60 - $70
