Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Talent Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment for a global organization. The role partners with hiring managers and HR leaders to develop sourcing strategies, attract top talent, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate data in Workday ATS.
- Track recruiting metrics and ensure a positive hiring experience.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience recruiting in a global enterprise or RPO environment.
- Workday ATS experience preferred.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience with digital and social media recruiting.
