What You’ll Do as Licensed Practical Nurse:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Monitor residents’ health, administer medications, and document care accurately
Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
What We’re Looking For in LPN:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of New Jersey
Preferred: Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
