What You’ll Do as Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Monitor residents’ health, administer medications, and document care accurately
- Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of New Jersey
- Preferred: Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A heart for elder care and a commitment to excellence
