Hiring: Fraud Operations Specialist I
Location: Overland Park, KS (Hybrid)
Contract Opportunity
Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (Flexibility required for weekends, holidays, and extended hours)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fraud Operations Specialist to join a growing Fraud Management team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in fraud investigations, customer service, call centers, or risk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and identify potential fraudulent activities and identity theft cases.
• Review customer information and documentation to validate identities.
• Handle inbound calls and fraud-related referrals.
• Analyze data using multiple internal and external tools to determine fraud risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve fraud cases and escalations.
• Support fraud prevention initiatives and process improvements.
• Document findings and provide recommendations based on investigations.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Fraud Operations, Customer Service, or Call Center environments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working in a Windows-based environment.
Ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and listening skills.
U.S. Citizenship required.
