As part of our sales and development firm, you’ll introduce our customers to Frontier Fiber’s internet and TV solutions. The Business Development Representative role blends customer acquisition with sales, making you a vital part of our in-store sales operations.
As a Business Development Representative, you'll work at our stores, helping our customers who have multiple devices: phones, tablets, laptops, smart TVs, all competing for bandwidth. The Business Development Representative will then explain how Frontier's fiber network handles heavy usage without slowing down, keeping everyone connected.
Responsibilities of the Business Development Representative
- Welcome and consult our customers to explain the advantages of Frontier’s fiber-optic network, focusing on reliable speeds for uninterrupted connectivity.
- Promote Frontier TV’s premium content and streaming options, ensuring customers see the entertainment value in upgrading their service.
- Demonstrate the power of advanced Wi-Fi with Frontier Fiber, eliminating dead zones and supporting high-bandwidth activities effortlessly.
- Showcase Frontier’s whole‑home Wi‑Fi performance as a solution for households with heavy digital activity.
- Pair customers with Frontier Fiber and Frontier TV plans that match their budget and daily usage.
- Complete sales confidently by presenting promotional pricing, installation advantages, and simple enrollment steps.
Qualifications of a Business Development Representative
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in business development or sales is preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational habits to manage daily sales tasks and track progress effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales goals in a fast-paced, results-driven role.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
