What You'll Do
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calls, in-person visits, referrals, and follow-ups
- Build and manage a personal pipeline from first contact to close
- Educate prospects on internet and mobility offerings and match solutions to their needs
- Conduct discovery conversations, handle objections, and close deals independently
- Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline in the CRM
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers to drive retention and upsell opportunities
- Meet or exceed weekly activity targets and monthly sales goals
- Learn and stay current on product offerings, pricing, and promotions
- Strong communication skills. You can talk to strangers without freezing up
- High comfort level with rejection and persistence
- Self-motivated and disciplined. You don’t need someone chasing you to work
- Coachable mindset and willingness to learn sales fundamentals
- Basic technical aptitude and ability to learn telecom products quickly
