Most marketing agencies talk about growth.

At Evolved, we work with businesses that want to take a chokehold on their local market. They want to become the name people recognize, trust, and choose before anyone else is even considered.

We do that by:

• Leveraging the traffic they already have
• Turning their website into a true conversion system
• Building dominant local and organic SEO authority

This role is about finding those businesses and starting the conversation.

You are not calling desperate businesses looking for leads.

You are identifying strong businesses that should be owning their market but are not yet.

Your job is to:

• Reach out to business owners through calls, email, and in person
• Start conversations that make them think differently about their position in the market
• Set qualified appointments for our strategy team

You are not expected to close deals on the first touch.

You are opening the door.

The Reality

This is outbound.

You will get ignored.

You will get rejected.

You will have conversations that go nowhere.

But when it clicks, you will be talking to business owners who already understand value. That is where real opportunities are created.

This is for someone who:

• Wants to be in business, not just have a job
• Can confidently speak with business owners
• Does not rely on scripts to think
• Understands that repetition builds skill
• Takes ownership of outcomes, not just activity

If you are looking for something easy or predictable, this is not it.

• Base Salary: $65,000
• Performance Bonus: Up to $1,000 per month
• Direct exposure to business owners and how they think
• A clear path into a closing role for top performers

You will develop real communication skill, business awareness, and the ability to create opportunity from nothing.

We do not work with average businesses.

This is not a role for an average performer.
