Reporting directly to the CEO, the Controller will play a key role in financial strategy, operational execution, and decision support. This is a high-impact leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, detail-driven environment and wants to help shape the financial future of a growing organization.

  • Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, SOC 2 standards, and applicable regulations

Treasury & Cash Management

  • Manage cash concentration and movement from trust accounts
  • Oversee forecasting and liquidity planning to support operational needs

Tax & External Coordination

  • Act as liaison with external tax partners to ensure timely and accurate filings

Strategic Finance & Business Support

  • Analyze program and campaign performance, including yield and profitability
  • Support annual budgeting, variance analysis, and financial planning
  • Provide insights that guide growth and operational decision-making

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team
  • Build a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement
