What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at Boutique Recruiting?
Hands-on leadership. Real estate depth. Zero fluff. A family-owned real estate investment and development firm is hiring a Controller to own the financial engine of a multi-entity, vertically integrated real estate investment and development firm. This is a true player-coach role responsible for leading close, forecasting, and strategic reporting while personally handling the work in a lean, family-run environment. You’ll partner closely with the principals, bring clarity to complex project accounting, and help scale systems and processes as the business grows. This role is built for a seasoned real estate accountant who prefers doing the work, not delegating it, and who thrives in a collaborative, no-ego culture.
