Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Center Agent to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and partners, driving growth through proactive outreach and relationship-building. Your energetic approach will help identify new business opportunities, nurture leads, and support our sales initiatives. Hours are 5pm to 7:30om during the week and 9am to 5pm Saturday.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new business leads and follow up on inbound inquiries using warm calling techniques.
- Engage with potential clients through professional communication, demonstrating the value of our products and services.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer records, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies that enhance lead generation efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with prospects.
- Support business development initiatives by participating in virtual meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities to maximize conversion rates.
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on technology or technical products.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer interactions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated success in outbound calling campaigns and marketing outreach efforts.
