The Recruiting Assistant II provides administrative and operational support to the HR and Recruiting teams. This role ensures a smooth and efficient hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and assisting with recruiting-related tasks. The Recruiting Assistant works closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members to provide a positive experience for candidates and employees.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, status updates, and other inquiries
- Maintain and update applicant information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Assist in creating reports and maintaining recruiting dashboards
- Support HR and recruiting teams with administrative tasks and special projects
- Help organize recruiting events, career fairs
- Education: High school diploma required; additional education is a plus.
- Experience: 1-3 years of receptionist or office administrative experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions from supervisors.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
