Our client is a leading supplier of automotive dealership F&I solutions, front-end sales, and management training. This national company is aggressively growing its automotive aftermarket division. Due to expansion, we are seeking two sales professionals for a lucrative career in automotive dealership sales.

Our Account Development Managers are seasoned sales professionals. They will have experience working in the retail side of the automotive business, such as Sales Manager, F&I Manager, Desk Manager, GSM, or GM. Also, outside sales experience selling a B2B product or service is required.
Responsibilities:
You are developing your metro area by partnering with automotive dealerships and converting them into customers. This is accomplished by presenting our complete line of aftermarket products. Your professionalism and drive, combined with our popular products, can be a very lucrative career if you are a "difference maker."
To ensure an excellent fit for both the candidate and our client, we are seeking candidates with the following experiences/abilities/traits:
- Dealership front-end experience, such as F&I, sales management, or GM, is a requirement
- B2B field sales experience is a requirement
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive without constant supervision
- Living in one of the metro areas listed above
- Proven superior performance – we will ask you about your accomplishments
- Experience making presentations to senior management
- Technologically savvy – with the ability to learn and leverage their system
- Engaging personality
- Ability to pass criminal and drug screening
Compensation: 120,000-150,000.00 a year 401 K with matching , Medical, dental and Vision insurance
