Printer Paint Technician
Automation Personnel Services is seeking an Experienced Printer Paint Technician to join our client’s team in Addison, TX. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in auto body painting with at least 3 – 4 years of experience who takes pride in precision and quality workmanship.
Pay Rate
$20–$23 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule
Monday through Friday
8:00am to 5:00pm (Some Saturdays)
Printer Paint Technician Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare printer housings and parts for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
- Mix and apply paints, coatings, and finishes using spray guns and other painting tools.
- Match and blend paint colors to meet product specifications.
- Inspect finished surfaces to ensure a high-quality, uniform finish.
- Maintain paint booth, tools, and equipment in clean and safe working condition.
- Follow company safety standards and procedures at all times.
Printer Paint Technician Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English to understand work instructions and document results accurately.
- 3–4 years of experience in auto body painting, refinishing, or similar work.
- Knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to work with various materials including plastics and metals.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
