Maintenance Technician
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working and reliable Maintenance Technician to join a leading custom packaging manufacturing company in Houston, TX. This company specializes in custom, stock, and mold-available bottles, jars, and closures, serving a wide range of clients across multiple industries.
Pay Rate
$21.00 - $23.00 (Depending on experience)
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday 10:30pm – 7:00am
Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities
- Be able to read and understand electrical schematics, hydraulic schematics, hard copy PLC programs.
- Possess the skills to electrically and mechanically troubleshoot equipment.
- Perform PM’s without supervision
- Never remove or bypass machine guards and NEVER while the machine is in operation.
- Being cautious and aware of lift trucks and moving equipment.
- Reporting all injuries or accidents to the Department Lead or Manager or immediately.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience with Mechanic, Electrical and working with Hydraulics is required.
- Must have 3 plus years of recent Maintenance experience.
- Troubleshoot equipment.
- Perform PM’s without supervision.
- Background check and Drug test required.
